Start with what you know.
A missing part number is okay. Note what you can identify and describe the symptoms in your own words.
You & your coach
- Your name and preferred contact information
- Coach year, manufacturer and model
The equipment
- System or component name and manufacturer
- Part number, if known
- Clear photographs of the component, labels and relevant installation
The problem & its history
- Symptoms and a description of what is happening
- When the problem started and whether it is intermittent
- Relevant repairs, changes and troubleshooting already performed
